When will my order arrive?

Future US makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our order processing time for in-stock products is typically between one to three business days. Once your order has shipped, please use the following guidelines for estimated transit time:

How is the cost of shipping and handling calculated?

Standard shipping and handling rates are based on weight and destination. Minimum charge: $1.50 USD Per Item sent to the US, $3.50 USD Per Item sent to Canada or $5.75 USD Per Item sent elsewhere.

The product I ordered is listed as a Presale. When will it arrive?

From time to time, Future US gives our online customers the opportunity to be the first to order our newest products, before they are in stock. On the product information page is an estimated date when we believe this product will arrive in our warehouse and be available for shipment. This date is an estimate and may change. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. Your credit card will not be charged until your product ships.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Please select our standard shipping option in order to receive your shipment at a PO Box. Unfortunately, UPS is not able to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. Also, our next day service is not available for PO Boxes.

Can I ship to a separate or multiple shipping addresses?

Yes. If more than one shipping address is provided, we will ship items to the designated addresses. You will be charged shipping and handling rates for each "ship-to" address.

Can I track my order?

If you used one of our UPS shipping options and require a tracking number please call Customer Service at 888-285-8368 with your order number.  Our Customer Service Representative can look up the tracking information for you.

I ordered a product, but now I've changed my mind. How do I stop the shipment?

To cancel an order, please contact customer service at 1-800-865-7240 within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we cannot stop a shipment during the order processing phase. You may return your order to Future US Store, 1550 E. Washington Ave., Des Moines, IA 50316 for any reason within 60 days for a full refund of the product price (shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded).
